Beyond the Pause: Reimagining Life After Meno
Jean Fenwick
Jean Fenwick is a certified Midlife Mindset Coach, Hypnotherapist, and award-winning NLP Master Practitioner who helps women navigate the often-overwhelming transitions of midlife with calm, confidence, and clarity.
Now 15 years postmenopausal herself, Jean brings not only professional expertise but lived experience to the table. She knows first-hand the challenges—and the incredible opportunities—that can arise during this pivotal life phase.
As a certified Hypnomenopause® Practitioner, Jean uses a powerful, evidence-based approach that blends modern hypnosis, neuroscience, and mind-body strategies to help women reduce stress, rebalance emotionally, and reclaim their identity and vitality during perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Her approach is grounded in the belief that menopause is not an ending—but an invitation to rise.
Jean is the founder of Inner Wealth Coaching and runs the thriving Future Fabulous Facebook Group, where she supports high-achieving, heart-led women in rewriting the midlife narrative, releasing high-functioning anxiety, and stepping into their next chapter with purpose and power.

‘LOVED Jen’s half day retreat … She is so knowledgeable too, and I feel like I’ve come away with a far greater understanding of how important self care is, and how to bring a little more of it into my day.’ Suzanne

Jen Wilson
Jen Wilson – The Healing Rebel – is passionate about listening to the wisdom of the body — and helping others do the same. Because she knows what happens when we don’t.
In her 20s and 30s, she lived life at full speed: working, travelling, training hard in the gym, always chasing the next thing. Jen thought rest was for the lazy, so ignored her body’s signals — until her health collapsed and she was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and endometriosis. That was her turning point. Jen felt broken, ashamed, and lost. But slowly, in small steps, she learned a new way of being — one where listening to her body, honouring her limits, and creating space for rest became the foundation of healing.
Now in her late 40s, Jen lives and works at a different pace — one that honours both energy and ease. And this is the space she holds for you.
Through deep 1:1 healing sessions and intimate movement circles, she guides women to reconnect with their bodies, release what they’re holding, and restore balance at every level. Because your body is always speaking — sometimes we just need the right space to hear it.
This is your time. A pause. A reset. A way back to yourself.
